FAQs
We are fully aware and understanding when it comes to budgeting for an event.
Usually we provide all our options (types of services) for up to an 8 hour shift but we are quite flexible when it comes to timing therefore we can add on extra hours when asked by a client. In our proposal you will find a flat rate that is based per event (location etc) and then the hourly cost will be stated in our contract for extra time if applicable.
Even though we operate 7 days a week, spring-summer season is always our busiest time, therefore we would strongly advise to book the earliest, from when you receive our proposal in order to secure your date with us. It is quite normal to start planning and booking all vendors approximately one year in advance.
We love receiving your comments and feedback in our social media platforms, however when it comes to date inquiries it would be best to send everything through our communication form as well as our official emails to ensure that is received for your better service!
Feel free to move on with a booking to secure your date, that is the most important part, and when you have all details finalized we can update our contract and start designing your awesome event!
Absolutely!! We think it is essential to have a personal meeting either in person or online to understand the vision of your event as well as to listen to your concerns so we can get a first idea and with our expertise to help you bring your vision to life.
Our collaboration is secured with a contract which we prepare and send you to review and sign. Once we receive it back with a proof of the deposit placed, we move with the music/event planning via meetings with you.

We specialize in Destination Weddings and Events in the Dodecanese Islands area. Kastellorizo, Symi, Kos, Karpathos, Kalymnos, are a few of the Dodecanese islands we have travelled to for events! However, Corfu and mainland Greece were also locations that we were asked to perform! Do not hesitate to contact us and check on our availability!
